WNBA info
I got in touch with a contact in the WNBA league office to confirm where the 2008 college seniors draft will be held as well as find out when the league will post the list of free agents on wnba.com.
Here's the answer I was given:
We will issue a release on the WNBA Draft in the next 2 weeks. It will be alongside the Final Four again, but we are still finalizing details about where and when. Free Agents will be listed on wnba.com soon....
We are working thru the Atlanta (expansion) Draft first and then teams can designate core players, etc. Look for the list also within the next two weeks in similar format as years past.
